The Wimberley AP-609 Replacement Foot is designed to replace the factory tripod collar foot on the Sony 400mm f/2.8 GM OSS lens. It integrates an Arca-type compatible profile, allowing direct use with Arca-Swiss style quick-release clamps without the need for an additional plate.

The low-profile design improves balance by lowering the lens center of gravity during tripod or gimbal use. Precision-machined anodized aluminum construction helps reduce flex and vibration, making it suitable for professional wildlife, sports, and long telephoto photography setups.
